The REB project will be implemented within the framework of EU-wide tenders in 9 lots. [Further project details are available in the appendix.] Subject of this notice are lot 4c and 4d. Lot 4c: The scope of delivery and services for Lot 4c includes the planning, delivery, installation, commissioning and product training of two 400/110kV grid transformers with associated ONAN/ONAF cooling systems for connecting the REB substation to the 380kV network of 50Hertz (location: Reuter West combined heat and power plant, Berlin). 400±32x1.22%/110kV (OLTC) 300MVA (360MVA) ONAN/ONAF Uk=16% Ynyn0 400kV – open air 110kV – open air The two grid transformers will be installed on designated foundations in open transformer boxes in the southern area of the Reuter Electrical Backbone (REB) building. The scope of delivery and services also includes two ETOS or equivalent transformer monitoring systems for recording the most important parameters (including comprehensive gas analysis, monitoring of the 400kV bushings, recording of current and voltage, etc.), including their connection to the station control system (IEC 61850). In addition to planning, delivery, on-site installation and product training, the contractor is also responsible for the cold and warm commissioning of the network transformers, including all supplied auxiliary systems and components. The secondary technology components (protection and control cabinets) are not included in the scope of delivery of this lot. Lot 4d: The scope of delivery and services for Lot 4d includes the planning, delivery, installation, commissioning and product training of two 110/22.5kV distribution transformers, including cooling systems for connecting an electric hot water generator ("E-HWE") (120 MW – electrode boiler system) in the internal BEW distribution network at the Reuter West combined heat and power plant in Berlin. 110/22.5kV 125MVA (150MVA) ONAN/ONAF Yyn10 110kV – cable connection (e.g. Pfisterer or equivalent) 22.5kV – Open-air / air-insulated high-current busbar system (HSS-4000A, manufacturer: EGE or equivalent) The two distribution transformers will be installed on designated foundations in open transformer boxes on the existing E-HWE building. The 110kV connection on the OS side must be made using 110kV cables. The US-side 22.5kV is to be planned by the contractor for the connection of an air-insulated 24kV high-current busbar system (HSS) from the manufacturer EGE (or equivalent). The connections on both sides (110kV cable and 22.5kV HSS) are not part of the scope of work for lot 4d and will be provided by the customer. The scope of delivery and services also includes two ETOS or equivalent transformer monitoring systems for recording the most important parameters (including comprehensive gas analysis, recording of current and voltage, etc.), including their connection to the station control system (IEC 61850). In addition to planning, delivery, on-site installation and product training, the contractor is also responsible for the cold and hot commissioning of the two distribution transformers, including all auxiliary systems and components supplied. The secondary technical components (protection and control cabinets) are not included in the scope of delivery for this lot. From today's perspective, the following (contractual) dates are planned: Q3/2029: Delivery of the grid and distribution transformers Q1/2030: Installation of the transformers Q2/2030: Connection of the transformers to the primary technology. Q3/2030: Commissioning is planned in two stages: - 380/110kV grid transformers - 110/22.5kV distribution transformers Applications can be submitted individually or in combination.</div> <div class="h1">Interne Kennung</div> <div class="pre">d7a859b2-98eb-417f-8001-5ee7f4c69bc7</div>
