It consists in a set of devices including a shielded electron probe microanalyser (EPMA) a nuclearized Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), two nuclearized Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), a Focused Ion Beam (FIB) as well as two standards SEM.
