<div class="h1">Titel</div> <div class="pre">Broadband vector network analyzer (VNA) system</div> <div class="h1">Beschreibung</div> <div class="pre">Technical Requirements: - The measurement system shall operate in a seamless frequency range from 10?MHz to 250?GHz without band switching. - The connection between the base analyzer and the 250 GHz millimeter-wave frequency extenders shall be realized via a control and distribution unit capable of managing RF, LO, and IF signal paths with full phase and frequency synchronization across all modules. - The base VNA shall provide at least 4 test ports supporting differential S-parameters measurements up to 250?GHz. Additional features, such as extended multi-port capability or automation options, will be additionally scored in the technical evaluation. - The bidder shall provide the source output power (in dBm) of the single sweep extenders for frequency ranges up to 170 GHz, 220 GHz, and 250 GHz. The output power values will constitute one of the evaluation criteria - higher output power within the respective frequency ranges will be awarded additional points as part of the technical evaluation. Minimum requirement: The output power shall be ? -20?dBm in the 220?GHz - 250?GHz range. - The declared dynamic range values will constitute one of the evaluation criteria - a higher dynamic range within the respective frequency ranges will be awarded additional points as part of the technical evaluation. The tenderer shall provide the system dynamic range (in dB) for the following frequency ranges: - from 500?MHz to 20?GHz; - from 20 GHz to 170 GHz - from 170 GHz to 220 GHz - from 220 GHz to 250 GHz Minimum requirement: The system dynamic range shall be ? 75?dB - The base VNA must provide integrated bias-tees up to 40?V DC on each port. - The base unit shall include internal combiners and switches to enable dual-tone measurements. - Built-in attenuators (both source and receiver paths) up to 50?dB in 10?dB steps. - The base frequency range shall extend up to at least 67?GHz. - The system must be fully compatible with mmWave frequency extenders for 250?GHz operation. - The declared phase noise level will constitute one of the evaluation criteria - a lower phase noise value will be awarded additional points as part of the technical evaluation. The tenderer shall provide the phase noise level (in dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset) of the base analyzer for the 1 GHz - 67 GHz frequency range. - The dynamic range of the base unit: ??127?dB (0.5?-?26.5?GHz) and ??106?dB (0.05?-?67?GHz). - Frequency extender modules shall include integrated bias-tees and provide stable, low-phase-noise operation. - Cabling between base VNA and extenders shall be at least 1?m in length per channel. - The VNA software may currently provide additional measurement applications, such as Gain Compression Measurements, Scalar mixer / converter measurements and Differential and I/Q device measurements as an added value. These current capabilities will be considered in the technical evaluation, and higher functionality will receive more points. - The software must allow future upgrades via license options, without hardware modification, to enable these functions if they are not already included. - The spectrum analysis functionality must be available throughout the entire measurement range, up to 250 GHz, via a dedicated software module. - The frequency extender modules shall be mechanically and electrically compatible with dual and single-ended RF probes designed for on-wafer measurements up to 250 GHz, featuring ruggedized 0.5 mm NMD female connector interfaces in GSGSG and GSG configuration. Service and Warranty: The supplier shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty covering the complete system, including the vector network analyzer, all frequency extender modules, and associated software. The warranty shall include repair or replacement of defective components within standard turnaround times and provide access to technical support and maintenance assistance during the warranty period. The supplier shall also offer priority service and calibration support to ensure continuous system availability. Documentation and Compliance: The supplier shall provide complete technical documentation, user manuals, and datasheets in English. The equipment must comply with CE, RoHS, and EMC standards applicable within the EU. Performance and compliance certificates must be delivered with the system. The supplier shall also include a factory calibration report confirming compliance with the declared specifications. Delivery and Acceptance: The system must be delivered as a complete, functional unit, ready for immediate operation. The delivery shall be completed no later than September 30th, 2026 and shall be carried out at the supplier"s expense. Acceptance will be based on the verification of the supplied technical documentation and the conformity of the delivered equipment with the declared specifications performed by the contracting authority"s laboratory.</div> <div class="h1">Interne Kennung</div> <div class="pre">IHP-2025-076</div>
